Data you provide to us directly
When you register with Zopromo and provide us with the following personal data:
- Your nickname, profile photo, city of residence (this information is visible to other platform users).
- Your email address, password, year of birth, gender, languages (this information is not visible to other platform users. This information will only be used for our communication and will allow us to offer a best experience for you).
- Your first and last name (only display your first name and last initial for everyone like “Alice S.”, “Robert P.”).
- Data from other accounts. If you use a third party, such as Facebook, Google to log in to Zopromo (or later connect your third party account to your Zopromo account), you authorize the third party to share your personal data with us, including your name, photo , your email address and any other information you agree to share.
We advise you to use real information as this will provide a more reliable community and will allow us to prevent the creation of fake profiles in order to provide a better experience for you and other users.
Data concerning your communication with Zopromo services

6. Duration of retention of Personal Data

Zopromo undertakes to delete Personal Data from its databases at the end of these different periods. In the event of a request to delete your account, this will be effective within 30 (thirty) days. All our backups are automatically deleted after 90(ninety) days.
However, Zopromo may retain certain information for a period subsequent to the closure of the User's personal account in order to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations and in particular, in order to prevent possible illicit behavior after the deletion of the User's personal account. a User Account (reuse of an old account by a third party).
